As a person involved in sales and business development, it is definitely a must for me to always look presentable and be able to well represent my company I work for to clients and other potential stakeholders. It is part of the job, to always look great wherever I go as you never know who you would come across with. That is why I take particular attention on the way I dress, my hair, and most importantly with the way I smell.

Having to run around and look for potential clients for the company, I would often sweat it out in order to meet with as much people as possible and present to them. As a journalist and freelance writer, I am always on my toes in handling all the happenings in my side of town. One of the perks of my job though, is that I also get the privilege of being invited into those fancy dinners and functions hosted by the most influential people in our area. On a daily basis I would always just be dressed in any garb that can be as comfortable as it can get, since I need to run around town getting news feeds and scoops. So you can only imagine how I need to transform when I need to attend these functions.

When I need to cover one of those formal occasions, I always rely on my friend to lend me that outfit. I only have a few pairs of good looking and acceptable dresses in my closet, but I can’t use them all the time in the same month. I would quickly get a shower after work, get on the dress and lace up those fancy shoes. Before I go I would spray on Acqua Di Gio Eau De Toilette and head on out the door. Life as a journalist can surely be extremes.
