Them Up

I am simply not a lover of vegetables. I hate having to eat slimy and insipid food. At my age, I know this is not a healthy option for me. I live an unhealthy life and I would have to change one way or another. But what can I do, I am simply a carnivore. I would much rather prefer a juicy burger instead of a serving of salad. And I know the tomatoes and onions that come with my burger do not exactly count as a good heaping serving of vegetables.

This is why I would often have problems when it comes to my bowel movements. I would find it difficult to excrete the waste products and would spend plenty of time in the bathroom. This can be frustrating for me as I need to wake up early and get out of the door as fast as I can for work. There was a natural constipation relief I got off from the internet which promises to help me with my problem. Lo and behold, it worked just perfectly. Now I no longer have to worry about arriving late for work.

The Dominant Side

According to studies, the left and right sides of our brains perform different functions. The right brain is said to be leaning towards the visual and intuitiveness of the person. The left brain is used for verbal and analytical functions. Although some experts say that we tend to lean towards making use one part of our brains as the dominant side, it is still important to make use of both through left right brain exercises.

These exercises are particularly helpful in stimulating both sides of our brains. Just like a variety of physical exercises which focus on each part of our bodies, there are exercises specifically used for each sides of our brain. Taking up games such as puzzles and chess allows us to utilize the left side of our brain and allow us to maximize it. Visualization and day dreaming may be a wonderful exercise which allows us to imagine and use the right side of our brains. Simple things like this benefit our brains to continuously function.

Hands Free

Whenever I get to hang out with my friends, one of the things that we enjoy doing is to have those conversations and laughs while we vaporize. This has been something we enjoyed together for a number of months now. We would simply hangout in one of our apartments and just have a good time. This is far cheaper and we need not get with the weekend crowd compared when we go to places around town. My friend had us hooked on this whole thing after he borrowed his brother’s vaporizer for us to use.

Because of our newfound pastime I got my very own vaporizer that we would use for these sessions and for personal use as well. I purchased Da Buddha Vap online, primarily because of the reviews that it got and the easy setup that it promised. I don’t like to go over complicated settings, and what was great about it is that it’s hands-free! Perfect for those weekly sessions we have with our friends. Good thing I have my very own vaporizer, so I can get on with it anytime of the day.

Staying Healthy

In order for me to stay healthy, my doctor would always advice like with the rest of the other patients to maintain a healthy lifestyle. That includes watching my diet and what I eat, and to incorporate a fitness regimen that would help me keep fit. These are the secrets to a healthy body, and of course would contribute to my overall well-being. This is an advice I follow, and I do my best to stay away from those fast food if I have the option to feed on nutritious and healthier options at home. I also do runs in the morning and yoga every other day.

But as a Chinese-American gal, my culture has revealed to me that there are other ways by which I could stay healthy and free from any sickness. There are a lot of feng shui health tips that I got from my mom, and that I read from a few books in the library. I always wear this charm that my grandmother gave me to ward off those spirits and protect me from diseases. Some people may not believe in this, but I am a firm believer that these beliefs of ours would not have been around long enough if they were not true and genuine. Anyway, wearing a bracelet wouldn’t hurt, they look pretty nice anyway.

Some of the natural glaucoma treatments include the use of herbs such as ginko biloba, biliberry, and jaborandi. Aside from these herbal remedies for glaucoma, certain vitamins can also help to treat this condition. Most doctors often recommend to glaucoma patients to eat more of certain foods that are beneficial for treating glaucoma while limiting the intake of other foods that negatively affect the disorder. Eye exercises, especially when done regularly, are also considered a form of natural glaucoma treatment.

Ginko biloba is known to improve blood circulation, which is very important for people with glaucoma. The increase in blood circulation could help prevent fluid buildup in the eyes. Biliberry is high in antioxidants and can increase the strength of blood vessels in the eye. Jaborandi is a herb that is boiled and made into a tea. Once it has cooled, it can be applied topically to the eyes to help relieve the symptoms of glaucoma. It would still be best to consult a doctor before using any herbal remedies to treat glaucoma.

Jobs that require long hours of sitting can be bad for the body. A good example is sitting in front of the computer for long stretches. It can lead to soreness of the butt, pain in the lower back and the back of the legs. It can also strain the eyes. This can be avoided by choosing the right kind of chair, installing the right lighting and resting every once in a while.

The chair that you choose should be adjustable as to height, back position and lumbar setting. The right features of the chair will automatically result in good posture. This will help relieve soreness in the back and neck. A mesh lumbar back support has its advantages. It relieves stress on the back while allowing air to circulate keeping the back comfortably cool.
