There are techniques to relieve stress but before you can do that, you should be able to recognize its presence. Feelings of anxiety, irritation and anger are early signs of stress. Always focusing on the negative, avoiding people and responsibilities are also danger signs, especially if it happens over time. Eventually this will affect the physical make-up of the person. He starts to have chest palpitations, headaches and digestive problems. He finds it difficult to sleep when he wants to. Some will experience high blood pressure.
People around him and even he himself will be concerned about what to do to relieve stress. Some people find exercise to be an effective stress reliever. Others make an effort to reorganize their lives. They set realistic goals, prioritize tasks and reduce the urge to be perfect. Taking a break and meditating are helpful to some people. Given enough time, stressful people will learn to manage their stress issues.

Back in 1998 I enrolled in a gym because my best friend asked me to. By year 2000, I was a serious body builder. Prior to entering the gym I was a flabby 180 lbs. By December of 2000, I was a monster of a man at 199 lbs. I could dead lift close to 500 lbs and bench 275 lbs. However, building muscle mass took me a lot of research and hard work.
It took me a while to get a rhythm in my training. At first I was lifting weights to lift the weight. I didn’t care how I lifted it as long as I can lift the weight I was carrying. I slowly studied the anatomy and took a scientific approach to my lifting. I soon became conscious of bodybuilding instead of weightlifting. Lifting heavy weights is not a sure fire tool in building muscle mass. You can build muscle mass by carrying half the weight you are carrying.
