One technique of meditation is to use scents to add a unique experience to the activity. Take a drop of flower essence and sit comfortably in a quiet place. Become aware of your breathing by feeling how air flows into your nose, throat, and lungs. Then, slowly exhale while still being aware of the air leaving your lungs, your throat and your nose.
As you continue to relax, be aware of your thoughts just like watching bubbles. Let your mind be a passive observer as the essences stimulate your deepest feelings. Avoid making any judgments of the bubbles you see but ask your soul to retain the learning. When you are ready, open your eyes and feel that sense of peace overcome you after that restful interlude.
