Hula hooping is fun to do and has lots of healthy benefits to boot. Ensure that you’re getting the most out of this exercise by following these guidelines:

~Begin and end a hooping session with gentle stretches ~Use the beat of music to make hooping more fun ~Make sure no animals and small children are within your workout space ~Don’t leave your hoop out in the sun or anywhere it can absorb high heat as the temperature can warp the shape ~Store your hoop in a cool, dry place by leaning it up against the wall or laying it down flat ~if you’re a beginner, do the exercise on the grass or other soft surfaces to protect the hoop better even if it frequently falls down.
