Most guys want to have 6 pack abs. Unfortunately, not everyone can have a flat stomach. You can do 1,000 crunches a day and eat only vegetables and still you won’t get it. I know people who are great endurance athletes and have a big stomach. Look at the cyclist.

Some time ago, the standard for a healthy strong man is the bulky body builder; someone who has big biceps, huge chest and a monstrous thigh. There was even a measurement for it. Your neck, biceps and calves were supposed to be the same size. Nowadays, the standard is a small flat stomach. Lean is in.
