The weightlifting builds muscle. New routines and dynamic moves melt the fat off your body. The 90 day program builds new body strength and muscle tone.

The goal is to challenge the muscles’ response to the ‘push’ phase by shifting to a higher level of strength, range of motion and tone. Having significant muscle mass allows the body to burn calories. The higher muscle mass allows for a higher basal metabolic rate, the number of calories burned at rest. So, can you lose weight while sleeping? Yes, but you will have to push your muscles to the limit first.
