After the age of 25, everything will go downhill in terms of health. You’ll have to watch what you eat. Plus, your strength will go downhill. That is why strength training is so important. After 25, you still have a good 40 years in you. Living it with vigor and vitality is crucial to a beautiful life.
A good fitness program should have 2 elements, aerobic workouts and anaerobic workouts. Aerobic workouts will work your heart giving you stamina and endurance. Anaerobic workouts are strength training exercise designed to improve overall body strength. Of course, before you embark on any fitness program, you should always consult your doctor. This is especially true, if you haven’t worked out in the last 2 years.
