senior workouts

It is a common knowledge that physical fitness can delay if not reverse the signs of aging. This promotes a sound mind and a sound body. Therefore, engaging in regular senior workouts is the key to a healthy you. Aside from physical gain, you can also benefit from this emotionally. Workouts in general tend to make us feel good about ourselves thus improving our self esteem
Below are the senior workouts that our beloved elders should participate in:~Aerobics – walking, climbing stairs and cycling, to name a few; 30 minutes a day/ 3 times a week~Strengthening – calisthenics, light weight lifting; 30 minutes every other day/ 3 times a week~Stretching – 10 minutes at the end of every workout every other day
