fitness workouts

The year is going by so fast. Valentines just passed and summer is just around the corner. To get fit in time for summer, do fitness workouts. Most people would need about 3 or 4 months to get in great shape. As for myself, I’m a triathlete.
My racing season is about to start. My fitness workouts now are to swim, bike and run long and slow. It’s my base 1 training. I just finished my pre base training of stroke, bike and run correction. After about 3 months of base training my fitness workouts will become shorter but more intense.
