Stretching fitness will get your muscle supple and strong. It will prevent muscle aches after a hard workout. It will also prevent sports injuries like cramping and excessive muscle tears. Stretching will also allow your muscles to recover faster after a workout. Lastly, stretching regularly will make your muscles long and supple and will prevent your body from getting the bodybuilder bulky look.
