Post Delivery
After giving birth, one of the things I immediately set out on was to get myself right back on track. I wanted to lose weight and fast, because I have not been used to seeing myself so big. I know that I would need to work extra hard in order to lose the pounds, and since I have always been on the lean side the entire time I am finding it quite difficult to accept the fact that I would need to start exercising in order to shed off.
I would want to be able to strut again in my skimpy bikini and make everyone wonder how I was able to get right back with a baby to boot. I need a full body lean workout so I can make sure that I would achieve my goal successfully. Things are surely changing when you grow much older. Who would have thought that a skinny girl like me then would have problems with losing weight now?
