Of course, not everybody who is obese has high blood pressure (most of them are). Thin people can have high blood pressure. In fact you can feel healthy and still have high blood pressure. That is why people should always monitor their blood pressure. High blood pressure will damage your heart, kidneys, liver and blood vessels. It will lead to more complicated health problems that can result in death. People, who have it, should find ways to lower blood pressure.
Here are some ways to lower blood pressure. If your blood pressure is too high (140/90 and above), get medication. Another thing you can do is GET MEDICATION. I can’t stress that enough. High blood pressure will kill you. Try to loss excess weight and exercise regularly. Of course, you will need to get your doctor’s consent. You should also eat healthy. Eat more greens and less fat.
