nose cleaner

Children and babies get colds and allergies every now and then. Their poor little noses get all stuffy and it makes it hard for them to eat, sleep and breathe. Help your child get rid of the discomforts with these tips:
~Use a syringe bulb aspirator to get out all that mucus. Squeeze and remove all air from the syringe before putting it inside the nostril. Release the bulb to suction out any liquids inside the nose. ~Turn on a cool mist humidifier or have your child use a steam vaporizer. Use these devices as directed. ~Loosen dried, crusty snot from baby’s nose safely. Avoid using a nose cleaner such as a sharp, pointed object that may pose potential danger. A warm damp cloth will suffice.
