My friend who was expectantly waiting for her first grandchild finally called to gladly announce that she was a new grandmother to a baby girl. I went into semi-panic. The reason is that I had been racking my brain for the best baby gift that I can find. After all, I am the godmother of the new mommy so I would like to give her newborn something really nice. It must be something unique that no auntie, friend or other grandmothers will think of giving.
What I want for her is not something that you can find in the infant products section of the department store. I don’t want a cutie sundress or another mobile piece to hang over her crib. Everybody gives that. I need help! Are there suggestions?
