booster seat
March 5th, 2010
My son is a big boy now. He’ll turn two in a couple of months. We’re finding it hard to sit him in his car seat. He’ll soon outgrow it and he’s not even two. Actually, he’s only slightly smaller that his cousin who’s well over 3 years old. My wife and I will get him a booster seat soon.
A booster seat can save his life in an accident. The number one cause of children death in car crashes is because kids fly all over the car when an accident happens. Even if a child is wearing a seat belt, when an accident happens the child might suffer from stomach, liver or spleen problems. That’s why booster seats are necessary. Highway traffic safety authorities recommend wearing a booster seat until 8 years old and 4 feet and 9 inches in height.
