Serve It While It’s Hot

As you get older you start to feel lots of aches and pains. This is due to the normal breakdown of the body or an old injury. Learning to manage the pain is vital to your vitality. I do it by limiting my intake of red meat and using heating pads. So far, it’s working.

I’m only in my late 30′s but I can already feel the effects of eating red meat. If I eat red meat, more particularly beef, I feel sluggish and heavy the day after. Also, if I eat red meats 3 days in a row, my joints start aching. To relieve joint pains, I use heating pads. It reduces the swelling and gives my joints mobility.
