Memory foam pillows
Pillow fights are hilarious and fun. Aside from being used as a weapon in a game, pillows do offer other benefits. On top of the list of course is that pillows serves as our main sleeping aid in achieving a well deserve rest. Using a special pillow can give an added comfort. Memory foam pillows for instance are specifically designed to support the neck and the head. They are typically made of ultrahigh-density, viscoelastic memory foam. This material adjusts to the body temperature and gently conforms to the shape of the body. It is therefore easy to side-sleep and help ease sleep apnea.
Memory foam pillows have two types according to their shape:
~Neck pillows/ cervical contour pillows – valley-shape design. This has a double-curve feature and designed to cradle neck and head and properly supports the spine.
~Traditional shapes – contour to head and neck for proper support.
