Sleep is very important. Lack of sleep can cause depression, paranoia and even death. Common sleeping problems include insomnia, sleep apnea and restless legs or arms. Sleep disorders will affect the quality of your life. They can make you cranky at the very least and demented at the worst.

To correct sleeping problems we must make our bedrooms clean and tidy. You must condition your body to sleep at a certain time. To train your body, first, don’t use your bed except for sleeping. Only go to bed when you are about to sleep. Soon every time you go to your bed you’ll feel sleepy.
