foot fungus
January 20th, 2009
Your feet feel itchy all the time and stink after you removing your shoes. It doesn’t help that you’re always wearing closed shoes and socks. If you suspect that you have foot fungus or diseases, head off to your doctor and get treatment right away.
While you’re taking medication to treat foot fungus, you can take several natural steps to help heal your feet fast. Wear open-toed sandals to let air circulate through and if you have to wear shoes, wear them with cotton or wool to absorb sweat. Avoid walking barefoot–getting more bacteria won’t help the problem. One quirky solution is soaking your foot in vinegar. It’s not entirely a cure, but it helps arrest the growth of bacteria.
