salt scrub

You can make a salt scrub in your own home with just a few basic ingredients that are easily be found in stores. You can use ordinary Epsom salts or get the finest sea salt you can get. Good quality oil like grapeseed or olive oil and your favorite essential oil. Those ingredients can give you spa-like treatment already.
Have a jar that has a tight seal ready. Pour in the salt until almost full and fill the rest with your good quality oil. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil and shake well. You can now use it in the shower. It is a great exfoliant for your skin. And it will not cost you as much as those you can buy in specialty stores. You can even make different scrubs using different oils.
