hyaluronic acid

Keep your bone cartilages strong to cushion joints and to help them maintain flexibility. Take hyaluronic acid (HA), a glycosaminoglycan which is a substance that attaches to collagen and elastin to form cartilage. HA also helps increase supplies of joint-lubricating synovial fluid.
Furthermore, researches also show that HA can be an effective treatment for both rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, particularly when given in injectible form. In one study, over 80 percent of participants experienced significant relief of painful arthritic symptoms immediately after being treated with HA injections. It was reported that pain relief can last anywhere from nine to 12 months.
