These days, people like to lose weight but do not like to spend a lot of time doing exercises that will result in weight loss. They think that shorter sessions with more intense routines can do the job for them. They pick up a DIY exercise program and perform the routines in front of the TV. These extreme fitness exercises can result in the desired weight loss; but it can also result in losing too much weight too quickly. Extreme weight loss can actually harm the body by putting too much strain on the heart and other organs.
