spray tanning solution

November 4th, 2009

The important elements in spray tanning are the spray equipment and the tanning solution. Modern methods for applying spray tans involve applying an exfoliant to the skin before the tanning solution. Most spray tanning solutions today consist of a tanning agent and a bronzing agent, as well as the much needed moisturizers. The bronzing agent helps you to see where you are spraying or applying the tan. The tanning agent results in a healthy and natural skin glow after a shower around four hours later.

It is obvious that the most important part of spray tanning is the spray tanning solution. The tanning agent is called DHA or Docosahexaenoic acid which is found in abundance in fish oils and throughout nature. It provides a safe and effective way to create a beautifully tanned skin. Spray tan solutions are available in different strengths and are supplied by many manufacturers who all claim that their product is the best. It is paramount to get your tanning solutions from reputable companies.

Docosahexaenoic acid is a dietary omega 3 fatty acid. Dihydroxyacetone is DHA which is a sugar cane additive. They are two different DHA’s. The DHA referred to in Spray Tanning is Dihydroxyacetone(DHA), to learn more about spray tanning please visit EnvyTan and download for free “THE 15 MINUTE GUIDE TO SUNLESS TANNING” They also have start up kits that have everything in them you need to start your spray tanning business.
