Every tea drinker will have a favorite tea to drink. Some will have a collection of teas that they can enjoy. One very famous tea is the earl grey tea. There are so many tea makers that continue to produce earl grey teas that are popular all over the world.
It is believed that the earl grey tea was named after Charles Grey. The legend is that Grey was given the recipe by a Chinese mandarin whose life he had saved. But whatever the story is, everyone is grateful for the wonderful flavor this tea imparts. The unique flavor comes from the oil of bergamot. Bergamot is a small acidic orange that is native to Vietnam. Earl grey teas can be served hot with or without milk. And it can also be used to make iced tea.
