Black tea
September 8th, 2009
Breakfast is one of the people’s first activities of the day. A good breakfast can be taken with a nice hot coffee or tea. Tea comes in different variations: green, white, oolong, and black. Black tea also comes from the leaves of cemellia sinensis. It is more oxidized than the other varieties. It also has stronger flavor and contains more caffeine.
Black tea has the ability to retain its flavor longer than other teas such as white and green. Like other kinds of tea, this is popular for its healing benefits:~Fights tooth decay~Sharpens concentration~Helps relieve diarrhea~Lowers cholesterol levels~Helps fight cancer
