Amla

Further studies have also shown that it has the medicinal potential to aid with lowering cholesterol in the body. The Indian gooseberry fruit contains a high level of vitamin C as well. Additional research has yielded results that Amla can be efficient in treating some age-related diseases. Initial findings also show that Amla can be used to aid in treating cancer and inflammation of joints or rheumatoid arthritis.
