Here are a few simple steps you can do to get that energy boost you need:~ eat the right combination of food at regular intervals during the day ~ drink enough liquids to keep your body hydrated; avoid soda and sweetened juices ~ avoid eating fired and fatty foods ~ try deep breathing for several minutes ~ get enough sleep at the right time; try to get in bed by 10 pm ~ get on a good exercise program you can commit to ~ take some multivitamin supplements
