Living a healthy life should not be a reason to empty your pocket. Although many vitamins and supplements are sold at exorbitant prices, there are also discount vitamins available at much lower costs. The reason why some giant drug companies peg their medicine prices very high, particularly vitamins, is to cover their marketing costs and advertisements. But multivitamins are actually all the same.
One cannot say that one brand is better than the other because all of them have the same components. The only differences are the “side-ingredients” that come along with each such as ginseng extracts, fortification with Vitamin E and having some antioxidant properties like flavonoids.
