energy supplement

I’ve been a tri-athlete for more than ten years now and I’m presently training for the half ironman. I work out six days a week, sometimes twice a day. I wake up as early as 5:30am to either run, bike or swim. But since I’m not as young anymore I find it hard to run for more than two hours or bike for more than three hours. That’s why I’m taking an energy supplement.
The energy supplement I’m taking now is really good. I usually fade in hour two of the bike session. I get tired and tend to slow down. Now, I can bike 4 hours as long as I continue to take it. I’m also not as tired after. I’m hoping this time I’ll do better. I really want to break 5 hour 30 minutes in the half ironman.
