Remove small particles like sediment, chlorine, manganese, iron and gasses like hydrogen sulfide from the water. Avail of water filtration that traps these particles as water travels through it. Know that in water filtration systems, the filter must periodically be backwashed by taking off the unit and reversing the flow of water through the filter. This will drain and rinse out trapped sediment.
