There are a number of ways to detoxify. The best one is to take foods that naturally detoxify the body. There are several food items that do this. Fruits are always first that come to mind. Fruits are high in fibre, and the liquids help flush out unwanted toxins from the body. Apples are the best, these are easily accessible to us and inexpensive.
Leafy greens are equally as good. Suggestions are broccoli and spinach. Not only do these food detox, these also taste good. It’s also good to mix garlic with your food. Others even take a clove of garlic naturally. They just pop this in their mouths and swallow it down with water. Seeds and nuts are also good food detoxifiers.
