muscle aches

As you get older your body is no longer as flexible as it used to be. If for instance you could easily run 10 kilometers a day at 22, you may find it harder to run 5 kilometers at 42. Some people who exercise regularly can probably manage to improve their performance as they get older. Most people have a harder time as they get older. They are plagued with muscle aches, joint pains and weak knees.
If you go to a drug store, you will see that there are so many products to relieve muscle aches and pains. They are in different forms. Some products are creams that you rub on your muscles. These creams can become hot or cold. There are even drugs that can be taken to relieve aches and pains.
